Cosmogen Acquires Asquan for Global Brand Support

The Group will be led by Cosmogen’s current CEO, Priscille Allais, and Henri Tinchant, founder of Asquan, who will serve as Group COO.

Cosmogen, specialists in high-value-added application solutions for the beauty, wellness, and health sectors, has acquired Asquan, a specialist in premium multi-category packaging, are now combining their strengths.

Cosmogen’s acquisition of Asquan gives rise to Cosmogen & Asquan Group, a new international group capable of supporting brands, both established and emerging, with agility across all their packaging needs. Together, they create a unique premium offering on the market, spanning skincare, haircare, makeup and fragrance, combining global solutions with bespoke developments.

Cosmogen & Asquan Group brings together nearly 80 employees and generates consolidated revenue of $50 million. The Group will be led by Cosmogen’s current CEO, Priscille Allais, who will now serve as Group CEO, and Henri Tinchant, founder of Asquan, who will serve as Group COO.

Cosmogen & Asquan Group’s client portfolio includes LVMH, L’Oréal, Clarins, Caudalie, Puig, Shiseido, Westman Atelier, Huda Beauty, Kayali, and Martine, reflecting both the diversity of the brand segments it serves and the strength of its international footprint.

With operations across Europe, the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East, Cosmogen & Asquan Group now benefits from a solid and balanced base to accelerate its growth and create new synergies for brands.

As CEO of Cosmogen, Priscille Allais has held senior executive positions at L’Oréal, LVMH and Michael Kors. Founder and President of Asquan Group, Henri Tinchant is also the co-founder of HCT Group, where he spent many years.
